COIN FAN n° 1 : Monica et son hug de rêve !

Salut à tous ! Aujourd’hui, j’aimerais vous parler de « mon » Steven.

Depuis le début de The Vampire Diaries, Steven a gagné mon cœur. Depuis le tout début, lorsqu’il était « enfant », bien avant qu’il soit tout en muscles ou autre. Je l’avais déjà vu dans d’autres séries mais dans TVD, je suis tombée amoureuse de lui.
 

L’année dernière et pour la première fois, Steven m’a répondu sur Twitter. Mon message était « mon rêve est que tu me serres dans les bras » et il m’a répondue «  Faisons-le alors ».

En lisant ça, j’étais en état de choc et tellement excitée. Je n’arrivais pas à y croire, je me disais « sérieusement ? OMG ! » Mais c’était bien la réalité et le début de mon histoire qui commence ici.
J’étais pourtant sûre que le « hug » resterait un simple rêve, un fantasme… Mais non.
 

En septembre 2013, Fantasy Events annonça Steven R McQueen comme invité à la célèbre convention italienne « Love & blood Ita Con 2.0 ».  A partir de là, mon rêve commença à se concrétiser.
 

30 mai 2014 : La convention commence, Steven et Nate sont les premiers invités. Emotions, espoir, adoration, incrédulité… Je suis passée par tous les sentiments en voyant apparaitre Steven. Il était réel, il était là !!
 

J’étais dans la file d’attente pour pouvoir poser une question et, croyez-le ou non, je voulais lui demander quelque chose sur TVD, quelque chose de banal mais lorsque j’ai pris le micro, après les nombreuses questions  des  filles précédentes, je lui ai rappelé nos échanges de tweet. Steven est alors descendu de scène et m’a serrée dans ses bas, me soulevant de terre ! Ce fut le meilleur câlin de toute ma vie !!
Je ne pouvais plus parler. Après ce « hug », je fus complètement pétrifiée pendant quelques minutes. Seulement une heure après le début de la convention, je venais déjà de vivre un moment magique.
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Après cela, mes photoshoots avec Nate puis Steven étaient prévus. Quand arriva le moment de me faire photographier avec Steven, le staff décida qu’il était temps pour lui de faire une pause  (j’appris plus tard qu’en réalité, Steven était malade ce jour-là ). J’étais la plus chanceuse ! Pendant ce break, Steven et moi avons discuté et j’étais surexcitée.
 

En trois jours de convention, j’ai eu de plusieurs moments avec lui : la rencontre, le cocktail, les salutations dans les couloirs etc.
Je lui ai parlé, j’ai ri avec lui, il m’a prise dans ses bras, j’ai pris sa main, je lui ai donné une lettre…

Bien-sûr, après le hug, le meilleur moment fut l’autographe. J’avais imprimé notre fameux échange de tweets. J’étais là, en face de lui, enthousiaste et amoureuse. Je lui ai donné la « photo » des tweets et je l’ai regardé en prendre connaissance et se rappeler de quoi il s’agissait. Il a souri en se souvenant du hug et pendant que mon cœur battait à 1000 à l’heure, il a signé ma photo et ajouté « merci pour le câlin Monica. »

J’étais sans voix. Tellement surexcitée et heureuse, j’ai réalisé en quittant la pièce que jamais je n’oublierai ce moment.

Steven R McQueen est génial, je vous le promets.

 FAN CORNER  N° 1  : Monica and the best hug  of her life !

 

 

Hey guys! Today I want tell you about "my" Steven.
Since the beginning of "The Vampire Diaries", Steven has won my heart. From the beginning, when he was a "kid" with no muscles or that kind of things. I had already seen him in other shows, but in TVD I fell in love whit him.

Last year, Steven replied me on Twitter for the first time. My tweet was "my dream is your hug" and he replied "let's do it then".
I was shocked and so excited when I saw that I had been mentioned. I was like "Seriously?!? OMG!"
It was true and here begins my story.

I was sure that this hug would have remained a dream, a fantasy... But I luckily was wrong.
In September 2013 Fantasy Events announced Steven R. Mcqueen as guest of "Love&Blood Ita Con 2.0", the famous Italian convention. From here, my dream started to become real.

May 30th 2014 : The convention began and Steven and Nate were the first guests.
Emotion, hope, adoration, unbelief: these was all my feelings when Steven appeared.
He was real, he was there!!

I was in line to ask the question and, believe me, I wanted to ask him something about TVD, something banal, but when I took the microphone, even after the various questions of the other girls, I reminded him the tweet, and Steven fell from the stage and hugged me, lifting me in the air. BEST HUG of my Life, I swear ! I could not talk, really. I was petrified for a while, after that hug. The convention had begun by an hour and I had already lived a magical moment.

 

After this, I had the photo-op with Nate, and then, with Steven.
When it was my turn with Steven, the staff gave him a break (later I found out that he was sick that day): lucky me! During the break we chatted a bit and I was so excited.


In three days I have had many moments with him: meet and greet, cocktail party, greetings in the hallways etc.
I spoke with him, I laughed with him, I hugged him, I took his hand, I gave him a letter...

For sure, after the hug, my favorite moment was the autograph. I printed my 'famous' tweet (my dream is your hug/ let's do it then).
I was there, in front of him, excited and in love. I gave him the “photo” of the tweet and I watched him as he read and understood what it was. He smiled, remembering our hug, and while my heart was beating  wildly, he signed the photo, adding "Thanks for the hug, Monica."
I was without words. So excited, so happy . As I left him and the room, I realized that I would never forget him and that moment.

Steven R. Mcqueen is amazing, I swear.
